Conplast WL Xtra is Integral waterproofing liquid admixture for concrete, plaster and mortars. It is a dark brown liquid based on cement dispersion polymers which mixes readily with water and therefore disperses evenly. Conplast WL Xtra waterproofs by improving the quality of the concrete or mortar. It reduces the water demand for required workability and minimises segregation and bleeding. Thus it is more effi cient compared to traditional powder and conventional integral waterproofing compounds as its use results in two fold improvement of concrete or mortar.

Nitobond EP is based on solvent-free epoxy resins containing pigments and fine fillers. It is supplied as a two-component material in pre-weighed quantities ready for on-site mixing and use. The ‘base’ component is white and the ‘hardener’ component is green, providing visual evidence that adequate mixing has been achieved.

Uses:
For bonding fresh wet cementitious materials to existing cementitious surfaces. For use on horizontal surfaces or on vertical surfaces where mortar or concrete can be supported by formwork. The long ‘open’ life makes it suitable for use with formwork or where additional steel reinforcement has to be fitted. The product is ideal for roads, bridges, pavements, loading bays and factories, and for bonded or granolithic floor toppings. Nitobond EP is equally suited to internal and external applications.

Nitobond EP may also be used as part of a repair system where a substrate/repair barrier is required or where the substrate is likely to remain permanently damp or wet.

Brushbond TGP* crystalline capillary waterproofi ng system contains proprietary blend of portland cement, quartz aggregate and special chemicals. Brushbond TGP* crystalline waterproofi ng system is used for waterproofi ng against the positive or negative sides of hydrostatic heads of water, for dampproofi ng, repairing cracks, plugging holes, sealing wall - floor joints and stopping active leaks in a wide variety of condtions including :

• Sewage treatment and water treatment plants, tanks, foundations, tunnels and manholes.  Terrace garden, balconies, sunshades etc.
