Conbextra EP75 is a solvent free epoxy resin grout designed for grouting of gap widths of 10 to 75 mm. It is supplied as a three component system consisting of base, hardener and specially graded aggregate. The components are supplied in the correct mix proportions designed for whole pack mixing on site.

Uses
Provides a free flowing grout, for use where physical properties and chemical resistance of the hardened grout are of utmost importance. It is suitable for a wide range of heavy duty applications including;
■Under plate grouting to substantial structural elements.
■Base plate grouting in dynamic load situations such asturbines and other reciprocating machinery.
■Heavy industrial applications in steelworks, refineries,chemical plants and electroplating works.
■Structural infill where very high strength is required.
■Rail track applications, to support heavy cranes, or ontransporter rails.

Renderoc RG 45 is supplied as a ready to use blend of dry powders which requires only the site addition of clean water to produce a free-fl owing non-shrink repair micro concrete. The material is based on Portland cements, graded aggregates and fi llers, and additives which impart controlled expansion characteristics in the plastic state, while minimising water demand. The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term durability. For larger repairs, the mixed Renderoc RG 45 may be modifi ed by the addition of 5mm to 12mm clean, graded, saturated surface dry aggregates at site.

Uses:
Renderoc RG 45 is used for repairs to damaged reinforced concrete elements, particularly where access is restricted and where vibration of the placed material is diffi cult or impossible. It is suitable for various structural strengthening measures such as encasement build-ups, jacketing, piletop encapsulation resin system, etc

Lokfix is produced in two versions. The two versions of Lokfix are all pre-measured, two part, filled polyester resin grouts. After hardening, the grout produces anchorages of consistent reproducible values. The versions are:

Lokfix S - used where hole diameter is less than 25 mm greater than the bar diameter.Lokfix P - used in overhead or horizontal holes where bar/hole relationship conforms to Lokfix S. The thixotropic nature of Lokfix P reduces flow of grout out of the hole.

UsesLokfix mix and place grouts are used for high strength corrosion resistant anchoring of bolts and bars from 12-51 mm diameter into concrete, rock, masonry or brickwork where high speed of installation and early application of load is required.Permanent installation of reinforcement starter bars, foundation bolts, base plates, balustrading, barriers and safety fences, railway tracks, tie-back anchors, reinforcement dowelling abutments, ground anchors for towers, cranes, dock sills etc.

Conbextra EP300 is a low exotherm material which is particularly suitable where long working time is needed; for large gaps (up to 300 mm) or for grouting at high ambient temperatures (up to 55°C). Conbextra EP300 is a three component system consisting of base resin, liquid hardener and specially graded inert fillers.

Uses:
Suitable for use where heavy, dynamic or mobile loads are encountered. Particularly well suited to applications where long working time and/or low exotherm properties are required
 Grouting under reciprocating or rotating equipment
 Heavy crane/transporter rails
 High speed turbines and centrifuges
 Grouting over long distances or in thick sections
 All applications under conditions of high ambient temperature
