Brushbond Roofguard is a single component acrylic polymer modifi ed, elastomeric fi bre reinforced high build & easy roller applied / brushable coating available in diff erent colours for application in multiple layers, minimum 3 layer application is recommended for best performance.

Uses:
Brushbond Roofguard is high build fi bre reinforced seamless waterproofi ng render suitable for waterproofi ng of old & new roofs, it is a polymer base product applied in three OR more coats & each coat with diff erent colours for monitoring correct thickness. The product can be applied directly on existing concrete, brickbat coba, and screed concrete even without removal provided the substrates are sound enough for application of the coating avoiding the risk of damage to the old roof associated while removing of the existing overlays. The product provides a seamless, tough durable water resistant coating which can withstand light pedestrian traffi c and also has excellent weather resistance for exterior applications.

Renderoc SP 40 is a Shrinkage controlled, polymer modifi ed, fi bre reinforced cementitious repair mortar, specifi cally designed for spraying. It is supplied as a single component, ready to use blend of dry powders and fi bres which requires only the addition of clean water to produce a highly consistent, hand and spray grade, repair mortar suitable for most structural and load bearing repairs.

Conplast WL Xtra is Integral waterproofing liquid admixture for concrete, plaster and mortars. It is a dark brown liquid based on cement dispersion polymers which mixes readily with water and therefore disperses evenly. Conplast WL Xtra waterproofs by improving the quality of the concrete or mortar. It reduces the water demand for required workability and minimises segregation and bleeding.
