Conplast SP430 G8  QCDA 820 is a Superplasticizer Admixture, based on Sulphonated Napthalene Polymers and supplied as a brown liquid instantly dispersible in water. Conplast SP430 G8 DIS has been specially formulated to give high water reductions upto 20% without loss of workability or to produce high quality concrete of reduced permeability.
Uses

• To produce pumpable concrete
• To produce high performance concrete by reducing water resulting low permeability and high strength.
• To produce high performance concrete requiring little vibration during placing.

• Improved workability - Easier, quicker placing and compaction.
• Increased strength - Provides high early strength for precast concrete with the advantage of higher water reduction ability.
• Improved quality - Denser, close textured concrete with reduced porosity and hence more durable.

Auramix 400 is a Advanced Low Viscosity High Performance Superplasticiser, based on Polycarboxylic technology. It is a unique combination of the latest generation superplasticisers, based on a polycarboxylic ether polymer with long lateral chains. This greatly improves cement dispersion. At the start of the mixing process an electrostatic dispersion occurs but the cement particle’s capacity to separate and disperse. This mechanism considerably reduces the water demand in fl owable concrete. Auramix 400 combines the properties of water reduction and workability retention. It allows the production of high performance concrete and/or concrete with high workability.

Auramix 400 is a high performance superplasticiser intended for applications where high water reduction and long workability retention are required, and it has been developed for use in:
